Apply

Submit your leadership advancement application for your preferred restaurant location.

Video Interview

Record and submit a short video interview so our leadership team can learn more about you.

Leadership Review

Our leadership team will review your application and video interview to determine whether you will continue in the selection process.

Working Interview

Complete a three-hour working interview where you will be evaluated while leading a mock shift.

Final Interview

Meet with the Operator for a final interview. Successful candidates will be selected to enter the Leadership Development Process.

Leadership Development Process

Complete a four-to-six-week Leadership Development Process. Your final evaluation will take place during the last two weeks. Candidates who successfully complete the process will be officially promoted.

Advancement through each stage is based on leadership readiness, performance, availability, and organizational needs.
