The Coop represents the shared culture of Chick-fil-A North Collins Street and Chick-fil-A I-30 & Eastchase Parkway. What began as one restaurant serving the Arlington community has grown into a multi-location team with a bigger purpose: to develop people, serve guests with excellence, and make a lasting impact in the communities around us.
Our restaurants are built on relationships. We believe great food matters, but the way people feel when they walk through our doors matters even more. Whether someone is joining our team for their first job, growing into leadership, placing a catering order, or simply stopping by for lunch, we want every person to feel seen, cared for, and valued.
